为满足变中心距轮轴之间精密传动的要求,在对钢带传动特点分析的基础上,提出了采用单边钢带进行两平行轮轴往复精密传动的设想,探讨了其实现的方法,并进行了传动误差分析。研究证明,通过文中方法,单钢带往复精密传动是完全可以实现和应用的,该结构既可满足变中心距轮轴之间精密传动的要求,又具有钢带传动的优点,在变中心距的传动中将会有更广泛的应用。

In order to meet the precision transmission requirements of wheel axles with variant center distance, a ideal that reciprocate precision transmission of two parallel wheel axles implemented by unilateral steel hand was put forward. Implementation method was discussed and transmission error was analyzed. Results showed that the method of reciprocate precision transmission with unilateral steel band presented in this paper was realizable and applicable. It not only met the precision transmission requirements of variant center distance wheel axles but also possessed the merits of steel band transmission. It will find a wide application in the variant center distance transmission occasion.
