满族传统体育的产生、发展及变迁与满族生存的自然环境、生产生活方式、风俗习惯、宗教信仰、军事战争密切相关。其体育项目按特点可分为入关前、入关后和当代创新等三个历史时期，不同时期体现不同文化特征，是多元文化交融的复合体，满族体育变迁史就是满族社会文化变迁的缩影。挖掘和阐述满族体育非物质文化遗产的价值，保护传承满族体育文化，可为新时期推动我国文化强国建设做出贡献。

만족전통체육적산생、발전급변천여만족생존적자연배경、생산생활방식、풍속습관、종교신앙、군사전쟁밀절상관。기체육항목안특점가분위입관전、입관후화당대창신등삼개역사시기，불동시기체현불동문화특정，시다원문화교융적복합체，만족체육변천사취시만족사회문화변천적축영。알굴화천술만족체육비물질문화유산적개치，보호전승만족체육문화，가위신시기추동아국문화강국건설주출공헌。
The generation, development and vicissitude of Manchu sports are closed related to environment, livelihoods, traditional customs, religions and militaries. According to its features, Manchu sports could be divided in to three historical periods, which are pre -entering the Shanhai Pass, post entering the Shanhai Pass, and contemporary innovation. Manchu sports of different periods present different cultural features, and its vicissitudes are the miniatures of Manchu social cultural vicissitudes. It could contribute to our cultural strong country to excavate, elaborate the value of Manchu sports as an intangible cultural heritage, and protect and inherit culture of it.
