权利维护是当代大学生权利实现要求的迫切需要，学校和社会对他们的权利维护现状要引起高度关注和重视，高校学生管理制度要不断完善，紧随社会发展和教育发展的步伐，这样在一定程度上才能更好地维护学生的的合法权益。本文从大学生法律素质、维权现状进行分析，认为学生维权意识的增强对新时期的学生管理提出了新要求。
權利維護是噹代大學生權利實現要求的迫切需要，學校和社會對他們的權利維護現狀要引起高度關註和重視，高校學生管理製度要不斷完善，緊隨社會髮展和教育髮展的步伐，這樣在一定程度上纔能更好地維護學生的的閤法權益。本文從大學生法律素質、維權現狀進行分析，認為學生維權意識的增彊對新時期的學生管理提齣瞭新要求。
권리유호시당대대학생권리실현요구적박절수요，학교화사회대타문적권리유호현상요인기고도관주화중시，고교학생관리제도요불단완선，긴수사회발전화교육발전적보벌，저양재일정정도상재능경호지유호학생적적합법권익。본문종대학생법률소질、유권현상진행분석，인위학생유권의식적증강대신시기적학생관리제출료신요구。
To maintain the rights of contemporary college students is the requirements of the urgent need, and it has caused great concern and attention for schools and communities to maintain their rights .Therefore, college student management system should be continuously improved with social development and educational development , thus to a certain extent ,to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students, this paper, analyzing students quality of law and the status of rights safeguard, discusses the new requirements for students management when the rights of students of maintaining their rights enhance in the new era.
