应用三因素六水平均匀设计法实验方案,采用研磨法制备广藿香挥发油-β-环糊精包合物。优选出最佳包合条件是:广藿香挥发油与β-环糊精的投料质量比为1:12,包合温度为50℃,研磨时间为1h。得包合物的产率和包合率分别为96.99%和81.06%。

The optimum inclusion process condition of patchouli volatile oil by β-CD was researched by three factors six levels of uniform design experiment. The optimum, preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follow : the ratio of β-CD and oil was 12 : 1, temperature was 50℃, inclusion time was lh. The yield rate of inclusion was 96. 996% and inclusion rate is 81.06%
