认为文化和谐与和谐文化是两个不同层面的范畴。民族地区文化建设既要立足于推进具体文化领域的和谐,又要着眼于更高的境界,在追求文化和谐的过程中建设和谐文化,这是民族地区和谐文化建设的现实选择。提出民族地区和谐文化建设应处理好主流文化、少数民族传统文化、外来文化以及现代文化等多元文化之间的和谐关系。

This article points out that cultural harmony and harmonious culture are of different categories.The cultural construction of minority regions should be based on the harmony in specific culture and placed at a higher level.We must build harmonious culture in the course of promoting cultural harmony,which is a realistic choice of harmonious culture construction in minority regions.It is proposed that the harmonious relationship between the mainstream culture,traditional culture of national minority,foreign culture and modern culture should be properly handled in the construction of harmonious culture.
