结合北京联合大学研究生课程《高级食品化学》,分析了当前我国研究生学位课程在研究生培养中的重要性以及在教学中存在的问题,并从教材建设、教学内容优化、教学方法改革、实践教学建设等方面进行了＂高级食品化学＂课程建设的思考与积极的探索。

The importance of graduate students＇ degree course ＂Food chemistry＂ in graduate students＇ training and the present problems in teaching in our country were analyzed combined with the ＂advanced food chemistry＂ course in our own university.The ＂advanced food chemistry＂ course construction was reflected and studied from the perspective of textbook construction,teaching content optimization,teaching method reform,anad practice teaching construction.
