介绍了一种W火焰锅炉燃烧系统的设计特点,该锅炉因燃用非设计煤种,出现了制粉系统出力不足、一次风流量过高、飞灰可燃物质量分数增加、燃烧不稳定等一系列问题。通过燃烧调整试验,加强燃用煤质管理、优化磨煤机出力、冲洗空气预热器蓄热元件等措施,锅炉的燃烧稳定性和燃烧效率得到提高。

This paper analyzed the operating conditions of the W-type flame boilers of 300 MW in Heze Power Plant,in accordance with its designed characteristics.With the burning of non-designed coal,there are many problems in boiler equipments,such as overload running of pulverizing system,over high flow of primary air and high the mass fraction of unburned carbon in fly ash etc.Based on this,this paper proposed adjusting of the combustion,enhancing regulation of coal,increasing safeguard belt zone,improving pulverize power.The application experiences show that the combustion stability and efficiency of boiler has been improved greatly.
