硫醇类化合物通过Au-S可以共价结合于金表面,形成高度有序的自组装膜,因而硫醇及其衍生物的合成引起了人们的广泛兴趣,而本文主要是通过活化酯法合成含不同链长的巯基生物素衍生物的中间体——11-苄硫醇十一酸-N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯,并用1HNMR对产物的分子结构进行了表征。
硫醇類化閤物通過Au-S可以共價結閤于金錶麵,形成高度有序的自組裝膜,因而硫醇及其衍生物的閤成引起瞭人們的廣汎興趣,而本文主要是通過活化酯法閤成含不同鏈長的巰基生物素衍生物的中間體——11-芐硫醇十一痠-N-羥基琥珀酰亞胺酯,併用1HNMR對產物的分子結構進行瞭錶徵。

Thiol compounds an forms highly order self-assembled monolayer by Au-S covalent binding to gold surface,so the synthesis of thiol and its derivatives has aroused attracted great attention.In this paper with the different chain length of the biotin-thiol derivatives of intermediate-11-benzyl mercaptoundecanoic-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester has been synthesized through the activation of ester.The molecular structures of product were confirmed by 1H NMR.
