采用元素分析仪测定海洋沉积物中硫的含量,确定了元素分析仪的最佳工作条件为:氧化炉温度1050℃;载气压力80kPa;载气流量125mL/min;加氧量20mL;氧气分压45kPa。方法的检出限为0.013%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.52%~3.31%(n=12),回收率为97.2%-101.1%。方法可用于沉积物和土壤样品中硫的快速测定。

A simple and rapid method for determination of sulfur in marine sediment using elemental analyzer was developed. The determination parameters were studied in details and optimized with oven tempture 1 050℃, carrier pressure 80 kPa, purge 125 mL/min, oxygen 20 mL, oxygen pressure 45 kPa. The recovery was 97.2% - 101. 1%, and the detection limit was 0. 013%. The RSD was 1.52% -3.31% (n = 12) . The method can be used to detect sulfur in marine sediment and soil quickly.
