The mixing power curves of different types of mixers with baffles were plotted, including impeller type, turbine type, folding impeller type, impulse type with a wheel/tank diameter ratio of 0.4-0.6 which is higher than that with 1: 3 of conventional ones, and dual-layer impeller types. The power curves of mixers with different impellers, including impeller with holes on blade, tubular impeller, arc impeller, and front-back surface half-pipe impeller, were plotted. The total is 24 curves. The construction type and various parameter ratios of plotting equipment were introduced for reference in mixer design. The significance of higher wheel/tank diameter ratio and dual-layer impeller in practice was explained. The power numbers of mixers with different construction were compared. Some information and advices were presented for the application of N_P-Re curve.
