研究了固溶处理和时效处理对新型Ti-Nb-Cr-Al系钛合金力学性能的影响,并用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)进一步分析了钛合金组织、断口形貌与力学性能之间的关系.结果表明:时效处理没有改变热轧态的纤维组织形态,但由于有大量弥散相析出,其强度和弹性模量显著提高,塑性明显降低.通过优化同溶处理与时效处理可以获得良好的综合力学性能,其弹性模量对显微组织形态比较敏感.

The influence of solution and aging treatment on the mechanical properties of a new type of Ti-Nb-Cr-Al system titanium alloy was studied.The relationships between microstructure,fracture images and mechanical properties were analyzed by environment scanning electron microscope (ESEM).The results show that the microstructure of hot rolling state is not changed by aging treatment,but there are lots of micro-size dispersion phase precipitate along the rolling fiber direction so that the strength and Young's modulus of the alloy significantly increase, and its plastic property obviously decreases. Ti-Nb-Cr-Al system titanium alloy can acquire good integrated mechanical property by optimum solution and aging treatment processing. The Young's modulus is very sensitive to the microstructure.
