目的 观察电针结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 将60例腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为电针结合推拿组与普通电针组各30例,依据临床症状进行疗效评定.结果 电针结合推拿组有效率为86.67%,普通电针组有效率为73.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 电针结合推拿治疗本病效果优于普通电针组.

목적 관찰전침결합추나치료요추간반돌출증적료효.방법 장60례요추간반돌출증적환자수궤분위전침결합추나조여보통전침조각30례,의거림상증상진행료효평정.결과 전침결합추나조유효솔위86.67%,보통전침조유효솔위73.33%,량조비교유현저성차이(P<0.05).결론 전침결합추나치료본병효과우우보통전침조.
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture combined with tuina on lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly allocated to a electro-acupuncture combined with tuina group and a general electro-acupuncture group,30 cases each.The therapeutic effects were assessed by clinical symptoms.Results The total effective rate was 86.67% in the electro-acupuncture combined with tuina group and 73.33% in the general electro-acupuncture group.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with tuina was significantly better than general electro-acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc.
