目的探讨 F波在糖尿病周围神经病( diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN)中的诊断价值.方法测定 106例糖尿病( diabetes mellitus, DM)患者和 75名正常人下肢 F波最短潜伏期、时限、波幅和面积,以及 M波波幅和面积.结果无神经病变的 DM患者 30例, F波时限增宽 8例, F波最短潜伏期延长 4例, F/M波面积增大 2例.有神经病变的 DM患者 76例, F波最短潜伏期均延长; F/M波波幅和 F/M波面积增大; F波时限在轻型 DPN患者中增宽,在重型 DPN患者中未见明显异常.正常人 F波最短潜伏期上限( Y)与腿长( X)的函数关系为 Y=12.3+ 48.8X2.结论 F波可作为早期诊断 DPN的敏感指标,并可发现亚临床 DPN. DPN患者的近、远端神经节段均可受累,近端神经损害可早于并重于远端神经.

목적탐토 F파재당뇨병주위신경병( diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN)중적진단개치.방법측정 106례당뇨병( diabetes mellitus, DM)환자화 75명정상인하지 F파최단잠복기、시한、파폭화면적,이급 M파파폭화면적.결과무신경병변적 DM환자 30례, F파시한증관 8례, F파최단잠복기연장 4례, F/M파면적증대 2례.유신경병변적 DM환자 76례, F파최단잠복기균연장; F/M파파폭화 F/M파면적증대; F파시한재경형 DPN환자중증관,재중형 DPN환자중미견명현이상.정상인 F파최단잠복기상한( Y)여퇴장( X)적함수관계위 Y=12.3+ 48.8X2.결론 F파가작위조기진단 DPN적민감지표,병가발현아림상 DPN. DPN환자적근、원단신경절단균가수루,근단신경손해가조우병중우원단신경.
Aim To investigate the diagnostic significance of F wave in diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods F and M wave parameters were analyzed in 106 patients with diabetes mellitus and 75 controls,including the minimum latency,duration, amplitude and area of F-wave,and the amplitude and the area of M-wave.Results The minimum latency prolonged and ratio of amplitude of F/M and the ratio of the area of F/M significantly increased in the patients with DPN,the duration of F wave prolonged in the mild DPN but revealed normal in the severe ones. In the 30 patients of diabetes mellitus without neuropathy,there were 8 patients with prolonged duration of F wave,4 prolonged minimum latency of F wave,2 increased ratio of the area of F/M.In the controls, the function of upper limit of the minimum latency of F wave (Y) and leg length (X) was Y=12.3+ 48.8X2.Conclusion F wave could be served as sensitive means to the early diagnosis of DPN, and may detect sub-clinical lesions.Both proximal and distal nerve segment could be affected in the DPN, and the proximal may be earlier and more severely involved than the distal.
