双预应力梁桥的研究就是试图通过双预应力体系降低梁高,从而达到节省造价,美化景观等目的.本文通过大量的试验及研究分析,提出了双预应力梁跨中上缘获得预拉应力的新的传力锚固体系; 通过对室内双预应力混凝土小梁的研究,检测了预压钢筋的受力性能和预压过程中的某些影响参数; 提出了足尺梁计算方法和截面、跨径选择方法; 研制了新型哑铃型波纹管,很好地解决了预压钢筋变形、摩阻损失和管道压浆之间的矛盾; 通过对30?m足尺梁的设计、施工、试验及观测,进一步完善了对施工工艺的研究,并对所取得的成果进行了验证.
雙預應力樑橋的研究就是試圖通過雙預應力體繫降低樑高,從而達到節省造價,美化景觀等目的.本文通過大量的試驗及研究分析,提齣瞭雙預應力樑跨中上緣穫得預拉應力的新的傳力錨固體繫; 通過對室內雙預應力混凝土小樑的研究,檢測瞭預壓鋼觔的受力性能和預壓過程中的某些影響參數; 提齣瞭足呎樑計算方法和截麵、跨徑選擇方法; 研製瞭新型啞鈴型波紋管,很好地解決瞭預壓鋼觔變形、摩阻損失和管道壓漿之間的矛盾; 通過對30?m足呎樑的設計、施工、試驗及觀測,進一步完善瞭對施工工藝的研究,併對所取得的成果進行瞭驗證.

The objective of the research is to reduce the beam’s depth by bi-prestress in order to save money and beautify landscape. A new anchorage system for girder to obtain pretension stress at section top-edge in middle of span is shown. Based on the research of bi-prestressing beams inside test-room and the test of the prestress bar character, method for calculating the full size gird and choosing section(or span) are proposed. A new-style corrugated pipe which is shown in the paper is used, to solve the transformation of compressed thread bar and the contradiction between loss of friction resistance and pumping in pipe. The results of research are validated by the design, construction, test and observation of 30 meters full size gird, and the construction method are improved.
