在离心式空气压缩机中,中冷器的冷却效果不好可能会引起某一级叶轮进入喘振工作区,从而导致整个机组喘振.经测试、排查发现,引起离心空气压缩机喘振的原因有:1)过高的工作压力;2)一、二段中冷器对热空气的降温不力.故,在夏季可将排气阀压力调低,而在系统的设计压力下工作时,改造中冷器、提高其热交换能力则是防止喘振最根本的办法.

During centrifugal air compressor running, lower heat-exchanging ability of intercoolers of the compressor can cause an impeller to work in the surge area at first, and then the compressor unit into the surge area. After researching and testing, the reasons which cause the compressor surge are: 1) overhigher discharge pressure; 2) lower heat-exchanging ability of 1 and 2 stage intercoolers. And then, the solution is to depress the running of the system in summer. Under the design pressure of the system, the best solution is to reconstruct the intercoolers to improve their heat-exchanging ability.
