研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵和曲通X-100存在下,锌与2-(3,5-二溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚的显色反应。结果表明,在pH 7.0~9.5范围内,锌与2-(3,5-二溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚形成1:2稳定配合物,其最大吸收峰位于572nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.3×105L·mo1·cm-1。锌含量在0~12.0μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于测定指甲和人发中微量锌,结果满意。

The colour reaction of zinc(I) with 3,5-diBr-PADAP in the presence of CTMAB and Triton X-100 is studied. The complex with its molar ratio of 1 to 2 is formed in a pH 7.0~9. 5 buffer solution. The ab
sorption maxima lies at 572nm with its apparent molar absorptivity of 1.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~12. 0μg/25ml for zinc(I). The method has been applied to determine microamounts of zinc in human hair and nails with satisfctory results.
