目的:探讨不同剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)对大鼠血糖的影响。方法:尾静脉分别注射65mg/kg、25mg/kg STZ,在48h、2周测血糖,观察血糖的变化。结果:大鼠尾静脉注射65mg/kg STZ,48h后引起血糖升高;大鼠尾静脉注射25mg/kg,2周后形成糖耐量异常。结论:65mg/kg STZ给大鼠尾静脉注射,造成类似Ⅰ型糖尿病模型:25mg/kg STZ形成糖耐量异常大鼠。

목적:탐토불동제량련뇨좌균소(STZ)대대서혈당적영향。방법:미정맥분별주사65mg/kg、25mg/kg STZ,재48h、2주측혈당,관찰혈당적변화。결과:대서미정맥주사65mg/kg STZ,48h후인기혈당승고;대서미정맥주사25mg/kg,2주후형성당내량이상。결론:65mg/kg STZ급대서미정맥주사,조성유사Ⅰ형당뇨병모형:25mg/kg STZ형성당내량이상대서。
The effects of different dose of streptozotocin (STZ) on the serum glucose level in rat. Our results showed that 1) serum glucose content was significantly higher than control group 48h after injection of normal dose of STZ. 2) and the level of serum glucose was higher than control group two weeks after injection of small dose STZ. These results suggest that the rats that were injected with normal dose STZ may develop insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, and small dose of STZ may induce IGT.
