综述了国内外关于油井用连续抽油杆的发展现状,介绍了以环氧树脂作为树脂基体,以碳纤维作为增强材料,采用拉挤成型工艺生产树脂基碳纤维复合材料抽油杆,并分析和讨论了该连续生产过程中易出现的问题。结果表明:该工艺可连续成型,自动化程度高,且成型制品力学性能优异,是生产连续抽油杆的一种较好的工艺方法。
綜述瞭國內外關于油井用連續抽油桿的髮展現狀,介紹瞭以環氧樹脂作為樹脂基體,以碳纖維作為增彊材料,採用拉擠成型工藝生產樹脂基碳纖維複閤材料抽油桿,併分析和討論瞭該連續生產過程中易齣現的問題。結果錶明:該工藝可連續成型,自動化程度高,且成型製品力學性能優異,是生產連續抽油桿的一種較好的工藝方法。

The development situation of continuous sucker rod used for oil well isdescribed.A new type of continuous sucker fod is manufac tur ed,which is made up of epoxy resin reinforced by carbon fiber and is produced by pull-extrusion moul ding process.The usual problems which are easy to occur during the process of pr oduction are also studied.With many experiments,it is obvious that the fatigue s trength and pulling strength of this type of continuous sucker rod can meet the design and the use demand.The process is a very practical way to produce contin uous sucker rod.
