采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了薄膜状TiO2/γ-Al2O3和粉末状TiO2光催化剂;利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射及降解苯酚的催化活性评价等手段对薄膜状TiO2/γ-Al2O3和粉末状TiO2进行了表征。实验结果表明,500℃热处理3h时,TiO2的晶型是锐钛矿型,用于光催化降解苯酚时显示了较高的活性,且薄膜状TiO2/γ-Al2O3的光催化活性高于粉末状TiO2。

Using Sol-Gel method, the photocatalysts of film type TiO2supported on γ-Al2O3 and powder type TiO2 were prepared and characterized by the techniques of XRD , SEM and activity evaluation for photocatalytic decomposition of phenol. The results showed that the complete crystal form of anatase titanium dioxide was formed, when the gel underwent calcinations at the temperature of 500℃ for 3 hours ,and this crystal form of TiO2 as catalyst showed higher activity for photocatalytic decomposition of phenol. The activity of TiO2 film /γ-Al2O3 was superior to that of TiO2 powder.
