目的探讨血浆总胆汁酸水平在高血压发病中的作用。方法采用酶法检测103例高血压患者的血浆总胆汁酸水平,并与45例肝胆疾病患者及50例健康对照组进行比较。结果原发性高血压患者血浆总胆汁酸水平明显高于继发性高血压患者及对照组;肝胆疾病组血浆总胆汁酸水平显著高于其他组但血压并不增高。结论胆汁酸作为11-β-羟类固醇脱氢酶的内源性抑制剂,与原发性高血压的发生存在一定的关系。
목적탐토혈장총담즙산수평재고혈압발병중적작용。방법채용매법검측103례고혈압환자적혈장총담즙산수평,병여45례간담질병환자급50례건강대조조진행비교。결과원발성고혈압환자혈장총담즙산수평명현고우계발성고혈압환자급대조조;간담질병조혈장총담즙산수평현저고우기타조단혈압병불증고。결론담즙산작위11-β-간류고순탈경매적내원성억제제,여원발성고혈압적발생존재일정적관계。
Objective To investigate the effect of the plasma total bile acid on the pathophysiology of essential hypertension(EH). Methods The level of plasma total bile acid was determined with enzymatic method in 103 patients with EH. Results The level of plasma total bile acid in patients with EH was significanthy higher than those in the controls(P<0.05) and secondary hypertension(P<0.05). Conclusion Bile acid as an endogenic inhibitor of 11-β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase may participate in the pathophysiology of EH and plays an important role in the development of hypertension.
