用微量乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放法分别观察了淫羊藿-蜂胶佐剂(以下简称“淫蜂佐剂”)对小鼠脾脏和雏鸡外周血中自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性的影响。结果:小鼠NK细胞活性在淫蜂佐剂(Ⅰ)组、生理盐水对照( Ⅳ)组、淫蜂+环磷酰胺(Ⅱ)组和环磷酰胺(Ⅲ)组的上述各组间差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)(Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组间差异不显著,P>0.05),这种差异在4周龄小鼠较8周龄小鼠更为明显。雏鸡NK细胞活性,35日龄时,注射淫蜂佐剂雏鸡极显著高于注射生理盐水雏鸡,而且0.4 mL/羽组明显高于0.2 mL/羽组。上述结果表明,淫蜂佐剂能提高实验动物NK细胞活性,并拮抗环磷酰胺对NK细胞活性的抑制作用。淫蜂佐剂的这种作用在适龄的幼年动物中表现更为显著,并存在一定的量效关系。

용미량유산탈경매(LDH)석방법분별관찰료음양곽-봉효좌제(이하간칭“음봉좌제”)대소서비장화추계외주혈중자연살상세포(NK세포)활성적영향。결과:소서NK세포활성재음봉좌제(Ⅰ)조、생리염수대조( Ⅳ)조、음봉+배린선알(Ⅱ)조화배린선알(Ⅲ)조적상술각조간차이현저혹겁현저(P<0.05혹P<0.01)(Ⅱ조화Ⅳ조간차이불현저,P>0.05),저충차이재4주령소서교8주령소서경위명현。추계NK세포활성,35일령시,주사음봉좌제추계겁현저고우주사생리염수추계,이차0.4 mL/우조명현고우0.2 mL/우조。상술결과표명,음봉좌제능제고실험동물NK세포활성,병길항배린선알대NK세포활성적억제작용。음봉좌제적저충작용재괄령적유년동물중표현경위현저,병존재일정적량효관계。
The effect of Epimedium-Propolis adjuvant on the NK cell activity of mousy splenic and chicken’s peripheral blood was tested respectively by microassay LDH release.The results were as follows:The NK cell activity of mousy splenic decreased with the sequence as follows:group Ⅰ (treated by EPA only) group Ⅳ (treated with physidogical saline solution),group Ⅱ (treated by EPA with Cyclophosphamidum),group Ⅲ (treated with Cyelophosphamidum only).The difference among these group atoresaid was remarkable(P<0.05 orP<0.01) but between the group Ⅱ and Ⅳ no significant(P>0.05).The difference in the 4-week-old mice was superior to that in the 8-week-old mice.The NK cell activity of chicken in those groups treated with EPA was significantly superior to those treated by physiological saline only on the 35th day and ,moreover,the activity in those treated by 0.4ml EPA was higher than those by 0.2ml EPA(P<0.05).These results indicated that the EPA could not only enhance the NK cell activity of experimental animals,but also resist the immunosuppression by the Cyelophosphamidum,especially to the juvenile animal.And there was some kinds of relation between the effect and the dosage of the EPA.
