对神农架自然保护区大九湖21份土样进行芽孢杆菌的分离,共分离得到140株纯培养,鉴定为11个种,处优势地位的四个种分别为腊样芽孢杆菌占31.3%,短芽孢杆菌占25%,环状芽孢杆菌占12.5%,蕈状芽孢杆菌占11.6%。还分析了嗜中温芽孢杆菌在该地区的分布及其与环境的关系。

One hundred and forty pure strains of Bacillus were isolated fromtwenty-one soil samples collected from Dajiu Lake of Shennongjia Natural Reserve Region. According to the traditional classification, 113 strains from the 140 strains were identified with 11 species. Four species which are in dominant position are B.cereus 30.1%, B.brevis 24.8%, B.circuans 12.4%, B.mycoides 11.5%. The relationship between the distribution of midtemperature Bacillus and the environment was discussed.
