目的 通过建立小鼠维生素A缺乏模型,研究维生素A对小鼠胎仔发育的影响。方法 对维生素A缺乏之孕鼠分不同阶段补充维生素A,观察胎鼠发育情况。结果维生素A缺乏使胎鼠的体重、身长、尾长明显小于正常对照组(P<0.05),囟门矢义冠内0.268cm×0.228cm,明显大于对照组的0.206cm×0.078cm;骨异常率为33.33%,对照组仅为7.32%,胸骨异常率为48.72%,对照组为2.44%,差异均有显著性明显大于正常对照组,胎仔骨骼发育异常,神经反射发育迟缓,且出现脑膨出及细小肾等畸形。交配后第7天补充组明显好于缺乏组,但与正常对照组相比仍有差异。交配后第0天补充组与正常对照组无差异。结论揭示维生素A对胚胎的生长发育十分重要。

목적 통과건립소서유생소A결핍모형,연구유생소A대소서태자발육적영향。방법 대유생소A결핍지잉서분불동계단보충유생소A,관찰태서발육정황。결과유생소A결핍사태서적체중、신장、미장명현소우정상대조조(P<0.05),신문시의관내0.268cm×0.228cm,명현대우대조조적0.206cm×0.078cm;골이상솔위33.33%,대조조부위7.32%,흉골이상솔위48.72%,대조조위2.44%,차이균유현저성명현대우정상대조조,태자골격발육이상,신경반사발육지완,차출현뇌팽출급세소신등기형。교배후제7천보충조명현호우결핍조,단여정상대조조상비잉유차이。교배후제0천보충조여정상대조조무차이。결론게시유생소A대배태적생장발육십분중요。
Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin A on development and growth of mice embryos. 【 Methods】The pregnant mice were fed with VitA-supplement diets at different time, researching the development and growth of mice embryos.Results The findings were as follows:body weight, body length and tail length of the mice fetus of VitA-deficiency group( A)were significantly smaller in comparison with normal mouse fetus (N) and had an increased incident of skeletal defects and skeletal variants development of nerver's response. Meanwhile encephalocene and microkidney were found. The fetus of group VitA-supplement after 7d. p. c (C) were better than those of A group, but worse than N group. The fetus of group VitA-supplement after 0d. p. c (B)had no significant difference with N group. Conclusion It seems that VitA may be very important for the development and growth of embryos.
