3组雏鸡分别于1日龄和10日龄采用滴鼻+滴鼻、滴鼻+肌注和肌注+肌注程序2次接种烟曲霉菌丝灭活苗或福氏完全佐剂灭活苗。二免后第11天采血检测各组免疫鸡血清抗体水平;第12天采用相同剂量(5×109孢子/只)烟曲霉菌孢子攻毒感染,测定各组雏鸡免疫保护率、生长发育及肺脏与大脑烟曲霉菌分离率。结果表明,各免疫组雏鸡的血清抗体水平、免疫保护率、生长发育与霉菌分离率差异不明显,血清抗体OD值为0.53~0.82,免疫保护率为70%~85%,比对照鸡平均多增重33.64~62.92 g(36日龄);存活雏鸡肺脏霉菌分离率41.2%~57.1%,含量2.4×104~4.3×105孢子/g,大脑霉菌分离率23.5%~35.7%,含量3.3×103~2.4×104孢子/g。表明滴鼻接种与肌注免疫一样可以引起血清抗体应答,最佳免疫程序为1日龄和10日龄分别滴鼻接种烟曲霉菌丝灭活苗和肌注烟曲霉菌丝福氏完全佐剂灭活苗。

3조추계분별우1일령화10일령채용적비+적비、적비+기주화기주+기주정서2차접충연곡매균사멸활묘혹복씨완전좌제멸활묘。이면후제11천채혈검측각조면역계혈청항체수평;제12천채용상동제량(5×109포자/지)연곡매균포자공독감염,측정각조추계면역보호솔、생장발육급폐장여대뇌연곡매균분리솔。결과표명,각면역조추계적혈청항체수평、면역보호솔、생장발육여매균분리솔차이불명현,혈청항체OD치위0.53~0.82,면역보호솔위70%~85%,비대조계평균다증중33.64~62.92 g(36일령);존활추계폐장매균분리솔41.2%~57.1%,함량2.4×104~4.3×105포자/g,대뇌매균분리솔23.5%~35.7%,함량3.3×103~2.4×104포자/g。표명적비접충여기주면역일양가이인기혈청항체응답,최가면역정서위1일령화10일령분별적비접충연곡매균사멸활묘화기주연곡매균사복씨완전좌제멸활묘。
Three groups of chicks were vaccinated two times at 1 and 10 days of age with the methods of intranose and intranose, intranose and intramuscle as well as intramuscle and intramuscle injection, respectively. Levels of antibody in the sera of vaccinated and nonvaccinated chicks were determined 11 days after the last vaccination.Challege exposures were conducted with 5×109 CFU spores of A. fumigatus per millilitre 12 days after the last vaccination to determine protective rates, body weight and recovery rates of moulds from lungs and brains in every group of chicks.The results showed that the differences of serum antibody levels, protective rates, body weights and recovery rates of moulds were not significant among the three groups of vaccinated chicks.The OD values of serum antibody were 0.53~0.82.Protective rates were 70%~80%.Body weights were 33.64~62.92 g higher than that of nonvaccinated control group.Recovery rates were 41.2%~57.1% and 23.5%~35.7% and numbers of moulds were 2.4×104~4.3×105 and 3.3×103~2.4×104 spores/g in the lungs and brains of survivor at the end of test, respectively.The results demonstrated vaccination through hose can induce antibody reaction in the sera as through muscle injection,the best vaccination procedure is inoculated intranosely and intramuscldly with killed A.fumigatus vaccine and freunds adjuvant vaccine at 1 and 10 days of age.
