Preparation, properties and application of one developed structural adhesive for rail joint bonding are described in this paper. This adhesive can be cured at mediate temperature (120 ℃) within0.5 h andhas high bonding strengths, toughness and good hot/wet durable properties. It has long shelf time up to two years, which is suitable for the batch production of rail bonding insulation joints.
