随着数控加工技术的发展,传统的CAD/CAM数控编程系统的局限性也逐渐显现出来。留量加工模型能很好解决加工过程中的干涉和碰撞,实现加工区域自动识别和加工余量的均匀分布。本文论述了留量模型的建立和清根加工轨迹的生成等关键问题。

With the rapid progressing of NC machining technology, traditional CAD/CAM system's shortcomings appear in many aspects. By taking advantage of stock-remaining model the interference and collision in tool-path generation can be avoided, and machining area can be recognized intelligently. Besides the distribution of allowance can be even. This paper discusses the construction of stock-remaining model and the tool-path generation of clean-up machining.
