利用猪×啮齿类体细胞杂种克隆板对本室新克隆和分离的猪胶质细胞原纤维酸性蛋白 (glial fibrillary acidic protein, GFAP) 基因进行染色体区域定位,对应用体细胞杂种克隆板进行染色体区域定位的试验数据统计的基本过程和方法进行了分析,研究结果表明:猪GFAP基因定位于染色体12p11-(2/3p13)区域(P<0.1%),并讨论了特殊试验数据的分析问题。
利用豬×齧齒類體細胞雜種剋隆闆對本室新剋隆和分離的豬膠質細胞原纖維痠性蛋白 (glial fibrillary acidic protein, GFAP) 基因進行染色體區域定位,對應用體細胞雜種剋隆闆進行染色體區域定位的試驗數據統計的基本過程和方法進行瞭分析,研究結果錶明:豬GFAP基因定位于染色體12p11-(2/3p13)區域(P<0.1%),併討論瞭特殊試驗數據的分析問題。

Glial fibrillary acidic protein ( GFAP) gene which is a novel porcine gene cloned and characterized by our laboratory recently was assigned regionally using pig × rodent somatic cell hybrid panel. The statistical procedure and algorithm were also analyzed .The results showed that the GFAP gene was assigned to SSC12p11-(2/3p13) (P<0.1% ).The analysis of the special experiment data was discussed as well.
