目的：为了判定肾上腺肿瘤乙酸化学灭活的潜在效果。方法：从2000年3月1日～10月1日，6例肾上腺肿瘤在CT引导下，用50%乙酸和非离子造影剂注入肿瘤内，进行灭活治疗。结果：6例中，除局部疼痛外，没有明显的临床并发症发生。PAI后，5例血压恢复正常。1例血压的明显下降，2例低血钾恢复正常。结论：初步结果表明，CT引导下的PAI对于小的或者大的功能型的不可手术切除的肾上腺肿瘤是安全有效的介入治疗方法。
목적：위료판정신상선종류을산화학멸활적잠재효과。방법：종2000년3월1일～10월1일，6례신상선종류재CT인도하，용50%을산화비리자조영제주입종류내，진행멸활치료。결과：6례중，제국부동통외，몰유명현적림상병발증발생。PAI후，5례혈압회복정상。1례혈압적명현하강，2례저혈갑회복정상。결론：초보결과표명，CT인도하적PAI대우소적혹자대적공능형적불가수술절제적신상선종류시안전유효적개입치료방법。
Objective:To determine the potential effects of percutaneousacetic acid injection (PAI) in chemoablation of adrenal neoplasm.Methods:From March 1 to Oct.1 2000,6 patients with functioning adrenal neoplasm were performed PAI under CT-guided with 50% acetic acid and non-ionic contrast medium injection.Results:No clinically significant complications occurred in 6 patients unless local back pain in 6.5 patients had normal blood pressure after PAI.1 case with hypertension had blood pressure remarkably reduced.2 cases with low blood potassium had almost normal blood potassium level.Conclusion:On the basis of our initial results,CT-guided PAI with non-ionic contrast is safe and effective interventional procedure for treatment of small and unresectable giant adrenal neoplasms.
