目的探讨米非司酮与六味地黄丸联合治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法将100例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为两组，治疗组50例，服米非司酮与六味地黄丸联合治疗；对照组50例，服妇康片治疗。3个月后观察两组有效率及复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为98%，复发率为0，对照组总有效率为86%，复发率为11.6%。经χ2检验，两组总有效率、复发率相比（P均<0.05)，均有显著性差异。结论米非司酮与六味地黄丸联合治疗更年期功血优于妇康片（炔诺酮），疗效可靠且复发率低，有推广价值。
목적탐토미비사동여륙미지황환연합치료경년기공능실조성자궁출혈적료효。방법장100례경년기공능실조성자궁출혈환자수궤분위량조，치료조50례，복미비사동여륙미지황환연합치료；대조조50례，복부강편치료。3개월후관찰량조유효솔급복발솔。결과치료조총유효솔위98%，복발솔위0，대조조총유효솔위86%，복발솔위11.6%。경χ2검험，량조총유효솔、복발솔상비（P균<0.05)，균유현저성차이。결론미비사동여륙미지황환연합치료경년기공혈우우부강편（결낙동），료효가고차복발솔저，유추엄개치。
Objective　 To investigate the curative effect of combined Mifepriston and liuweidihuangwan to treat climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods　100 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into two groups.The treatment group (50 cases) was treated with Mifepriston and liuweidihuangwan,the contral group was treated with norethisterone.Three months later, observe the total effective rate and the relapse rate.Results　The total effective rates of the two groups were 98% and 86%;and the relapse rates were 0 and 11.6%.The results were checked by χ2.There was obvious difference in the total effective rate and the relapse rate(P<0.05).Conclusion　The treatment effects of combined Mifepriston and liuweidihuangwan are better than norethisterone for the patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.The curative effect is definite,which is worth popularizing.
