在逐步放大试验和钨装载量模拟试验的基础上，成功地制备了数个居里级的188W-188Re发生器，188W的最大装载量达40.7GBq。188Re的淋洗效率为90%(10mL淋洗体积)，188W的漏穿为4×10-7，得到的无载体的188Re洗脱液核纯度>99.9%，放化纯度大于99%，pH值为5，铝含量~1μg/mL，无菌、无热原符合药典要求，可用于制备各种188Re标记的放射性治疗药物。

A clinical-scale 188W-188Re generator loaded with more than one curie of 188W was successfully prepared. T he yield of 188Re from generator eluted with 10mL isotonic saline solution was 90%. The breakthrough of 188W was 4×10-7. The purity of eluted 188Re was satisfactory. Radionuclide purity was >99.9%. Radiochemical purity was >99% of the 188Re as perrhenate ion. Concentration of aluminium in eluat e was1μg Al/mL. The generator provides a convenient supply of sterile 188Re as sodium perrhenate in injectable saline solution ready for use in t he preparation of 188Re labelled therapeutic reagents.
