目的：探讨干扰素α(IFN-α)对人肺腺癌细胞的增殖抑制和诱导分化作用。方法：用不同质量浓度IFN-α(25 μg／L，75μg／L，100μg／L)处理人肺腺癌A549细胞，记录细胞数目，进行甲基绿-派洛宁染色，测定软琼脂集落形成率。结果：IFN-α能明显抑制A549细胞的增殖，药物组与对照组之间差异有显著性(P＜0.05)，药物组与对照组比较增殖型细胞减少，分化型细胞数增加，双层软琼脂中细胞集落形成受到明显抑制，对照组集落普遍比药物组集落大，且单个集落中细胞数目多(P＜0.05)。结论：IFN-αt对A549细胞具有增殖抑制和诱导分化作用。
목적：탐토간우소α(IFN-α)대인폐선암세포적증식억제화유도분화작용。방법：용불동질량농도IFN-α(25 μg／L，75μg／L，100μg／L)처리인폐선암A549세포，기록세포수목，진행갑기록-파락저염색，측정연경지집락형성솔。결과：IFN-α능명현억제A549세포적증식，약물조여대조조지간차이유현저성(P＜0.05)，약물조여대조조비교증식형세포감소，분화형세포수증가，쌍층연경지중세포집락형성수도명현억제，대조조집락보편비약물조집락대，차단개집락중세포수목다(P＜0.05)。결론：IFN-αt대A549세포구유증식억제화유도분화작용。
A im: To explore the effects of interferon-α(IFN-α) on multiplication inhibition and differentiation induction of hu-man lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell line. Methods: Human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells was treated with IFN-α(25 μg/L, 75μg/L, 100 μg/L),and the cells numbers were recorded. The rate of forming colonies in the soft agar was measured using methylgreenpyronine.Results: IFN-α could obviously inhibit the cell multiplication. There were significant differences between the treatedand control groups(P＜0.05), and reduced colony-forming and the colonies of control groups were commonly larger than those ofthe treated group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group, the sun of multiplication cells decreased and differentiation cellsincreased. Conclusion: IFN-α can inhibit multiplication and induce differentiation of A549 cells.
