HCV Anti-HCV Antigen EIA
目的 探讨各种丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗原在诊断中的作用及其与HCV RNA的关系。方法 利用HCV不同区段抗原抗-HCV酶联免疫试验(EIA)和逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR),对不同临床型HCV患者进行检测。结果 各组患者均以抗-NS3和抗-C阳性率最高。但均有一定比例患者抗-NS4和抗-NS5阳性。与各单个片段抗-HCV阳性率相比,抗-HCV总抗体阳性率最高。结论 NS3和C抗原在检测抗-HCV中起很重要作用,但NS4和NS5抗原在抗-HCV EIA中的作用也不容忽视。联合应用不同区段HCV抗原将大大提高抗-HCV EIA试剂的灵敏度。

목적 탐토각충병형간염병독(HCV)항원재진단중적작용급기여HCV RNA적관계。방법 이용HCV불동구단항원항-HCV매련면역시험(EIA)화역전록취합매련반응법(RT-PCR),대불동림상형HCV환자진행검측。결과 각조환자균이항-NS3화항-C양성솔최고。단균유일정비례환자항-NS4화항-NS5양성。여각단개편단항-HCV양성솔상비,항-HCV총항체양성솔최고。결론 NS3화C항원재검측항-HCV중기흔중요작용,단NS4화NS5항원재항-HCV EIA중적작용야불용홀시。연합응용불동구단HCV항원장대대제고항-HCV EIA시제적령민도。
Objective To explore the roles of different HCV antigens in detection and the relationshipbetween them with HCV RNA. Methods The serum samples from HCV carrier and the patients with acute,chronic hepatitis and HCV related hepatocellular carinoma were detected for the antibodies to antigens encodedby the different gene fragments of HCV and HCV RNA by EIA and RT-PCR respectively. Results Comparedwith those of anti-E1, E2, NS4 and NS5, the positive rates of anti-NS3 and anti-C were the highest in the 4groups of patients. A proportion of the patients in each group was anti-NS4 and/or anti-NS5 positive. The posi-tive rate of total anti-HCV was much higher than that of antibody to the antigen encoded by any gene fragmentof HCV. Conclusion NS3 and C antigens play important roles in the detection of anti-HCV. However, the roleof NS4 and NS5 antigens in EIA should not be omitted. Combined use of different HCV will improve the sensi-tivity of EIA significantly.
