本文对耐渗FRP结构物设计理论进行了综述和评析，定义了耐渗板限状态的概念，给出了耐渗FRP结构物设计准则的统一形式以及应力表述方式和应变表述方式，初步论证了两种表述方式的一致性，指出了有待深入研究的若干问题，强调了进一步加强耐渗FRP结构物设计基础理论研究的必要性和重要性。文章还结合产品设计和生产的实际，分析了耐渗FRP结构物产品出现质量问题的原因以及提高产品质量、降低产品成本的途径。

Design theory of seepageproof FRP struture is summarized and reviewed in this paper. Concept of seepaegeproof limit state and unified form of design criterion of seepageproof FRP structure and express ways with stress and strain are given. Consistency between the two express ways with stress and strain is proved preliminarily. A number of questions which are needed to study thoroughly are mentioned. The necessity and importance are pointed out that the design theory of seepageproof FRP structure needs to be studied further. they are analyzed in the light of the pracitce of the product design and production, the causes of quality problem in seepageproof FRP structure and ways of improving product quality and reducing the cost.
