目的:探讨复方芦荟对小鼠S180荷瘤的抑制作用及免疫学改变。方法:25只小鼠随机分为3组,将S180瘤细胞接种于小鼠左前肢腋窝皮下,3 d后各组小鼠分别灌胃服用复方芦荟液、环磷酰胺和生理盐水,8 d后计算抑瘤率,测定小鼠免疫功能的改变。结果:复方芦荟抑瘤率为69%;免疫功能测定T淋巴细胞增殖反应和NK细胞活性分别为(0.87±0.05)A和(73.18±5.58)%;环磷酰胺组分别为(0.58±0.06)A和(44.87±5.29)%;生理盐水组分别为(0.72±0.05)A和(50.03±6.12)%;两组与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:复方芦荟具有抑制小鼠S180荷瘤的作用,并能提高机体免疫功能。

목적:탐토복방호회대소서S180하류적억제작용급면역학개변。방법:25지소서수궤분위3조,장S180류세포접충우소서좌전지액와피하,3 d후각조소서분별관위복용복방호회액、배린선알화생리염수,8 d후계산억류솔,측정소서면역공능적개변。결과:복방호회억류솔위69%;면역공능측정T림파세포증식반응화NK세포활성분별위(0.87±0.05)A화(73.18±5.58)%;배린선알조분별위(0.58±0.06)A화(44.87±5.29)%;생리염수조분별위(0.72±0.05)A화(50.03±6.12)%;량조여생리염수조비교유현저성차이(P<0.01)。결론:복방호회구유억제소서S180하류적작용,병능제고궤체면역공능。
Objective: To study the inhibition of compound aloe from S180 sarcome in miceand the immune change. Methods: Twenty five mice were randomly divided into 3 groups. Allmice were vaccinated with S180 sarcome cells in armit of the left forearm and 3 days later themice were respectively given compound aloe solution, cyclophosphamide and normal saline bystomach-perfusion, and 8 days later inhibition rate and change of immune function were detected. Results: The inhibition rate was 69 % in the compound aloe group. T. lymphocyte multiplication and NK cell activity were (0.87±0.05 ) A and (73.18±5.58)% in this groupwhile they were(0.58±0.06)A and(44.87±5.29)% in cyclophosphamide group and(0.72±0.05)A and(50.03±6.12)% in normal saline group. There was great difference betweennormal saline group and other groups(P <0.01). Conclusion :Compound aloe can inhibit thegrowth of Sa0 sarcome and improve the immune function.
