目的:研究金荞麦浸膏的抗炎、镇咳、祛痰药理作用以及急性毒性.方法:小鼠的抗炎、镇咳和祛痰实验分别采用小鼠耳肿胀法、氨水引咳法及气管酚红排泌试验法.在急性毒性试验中金荞麦浸膏混悬液灌胃给小白鼠,最大给药量为8.0g·kg-1,相当成人日用量的166倍(按体重计).结果:金养麦浸膏(剂量0.45~1.8g·kg-1)可显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀,与模型对照组比较,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),对氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽能使咳嗽次数减少.金养麦(剂量0.90~1.8g·kg-1)能增加小鼠气管酚红的排泌作用(P<0.05).结论:金荞麦浸膏具有抗炎、镇咳和祛痰作用.金养麦浸膏的最大给药剂量为8.0g·kg-1,相当成人日用量166倍(按体重计算).

목적:연구금교맥침고적항염、진해、거담약리작용이급급성독성.방법:소서적항염、진해화거담실험분별채용소서이종창법、안수인해법급기관분홍배비시험법.재급성독성시험중금교맥침고혼현액관위급소백서,최대급약량위8.0g·kg-1,상당성인일용량적166배(안체중계).결과:금양맥침고(제량0.45~1.8g·kg-1)가현저억제소서이종창,여모형대조조비교,존재현저성차이(P<0.05),대안수인기적소서해수능사해수차수감소.금양맥(제량0.90~1.8g·kg-1)능증가소서기관분홍적배비작용(P<0.05).결론:금교맥침고구유항염、진해화거담작용.금양맥침고적최대급약제량위8.0g·kg-1,상당성인일용량166배(안체중계산).
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammation, antitussive, expectorant Pharmacological effects of Fagopyrum dibotrys(D. Don)Ham extract (FDHE) and its acute toxicity. Methods: Mouse ear swelling and the Ammo-nia water steaming test was performed to prove the anti-inflammation and antitussive effects of FDHE, and the expecto-rant effects was confirmed by phenol red secretion test. During the acute toxicity study the maximum dosage of FDHE suspension for administering to mice was 8.0g·kg-1, equivalent to 166 times of the amount of adult day ( according to the weight). Results: FDHE ( dose 0.45,0.90,1.8g·kg-1) restrained the mouse ear swelling significantly, compared with model control group, there was a significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ), FDHE ( dose 0. 45~1.8g· kg-1 ) reduced the times of coughing as the ammonia-induced cough in mice, FDHE ( dose 0. 90,1.8g· kg-1 ) also enhanced the secretion of phenol red in mice (P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: FDHE has anti-inflammation antitussive and expectorant actions, and its largest dose was 8.0g·kg-1, equivalent to 166 times of the amount of adult day( according to the weight ).
