为更好地应对多变的市场需求,引入柔性产品平台的概念.吸收模块化产品平台设计和基于可调节变量的产品平台设计方法的优点,建立了基于柔性产品平台的产品族开发设计流程.在设计过程中,首先通过划分市场网格,确定出产品的市场区段、产品变型及产品未来发展的郎分不确定性,然后将不确定性中的部分可知的不确定性作为产品的发展趋势,以指导现有的产品设计.对与用户需求相关的未知的不确定性进行分析,找出与之相关的主要设计参数.通过参数向物理结构的映射,找出产品的核心柔性结构.提取公共元素和柔性元素,建立柔性化的产品平台,并在其基础上添加特有元素,从而派生出一系列的产品族.最后,以数控立式磨床产品族的开发为例验证了该方法的有效性.

To meet market's diverse requirements, concept of flexible product platform was introduced. By combining the advantages of the modular-based and the scale-based product platform design, a product family design process was established. In this process, market grids were partitioned firstly, and market segments, product variants, part of future uncertainties were identified at the same time. Then the part of known uncertainties was used to guide the current design. And the unknown uncertainties related to customer needs were analyzed to find out the key design parameters. Through mapping between the parameters and the physical structure, the critical flexible elements were
determined. And the flexible product platform was constructed by extracting the common and the flexible elements. The unique elements were added to the platform so as to derive members of the product family. Finally, a design example of Numerical Control(NC) vertical grinder was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.
