常温下以不锈钢复合板(16MnR钢板与0Cr18Ni9Ti钢板爆轰复合)和16MnR钢为研究对象,利用分离式霍普金森杆技术,在旋转盘冲击拉伸试验机上完成冲击拉伸加载试验.研究应变率在270~1 650 s~(-1)范围内,材料的冲击力学特性.测试结果表明,不锈钢复合板和16MnR钢具有应变率强化效应,通过电镜分析确定过载断裂区为韧窝结构,爆轰复合经热处理后材料的塑性基本无改变,两种材料仍为塑性材料.
常溫下以不鏽鋼複閤闆(16MnR鋼闆與0Cr18Ni9Ti鋼闆爆轟複閤)和16MnR鋼為研究對象,利用分離式霍普金森桿技術,在鏇轉盤遲擊拉伸試驗機上完成遲擊拉伸加載試驗.研究應變率在270~1 650 s~(-1)範圍內,材料的遲擊力學特性.測試結果錶明,不鏽鋼複閤闆和16MnR鋼具有應變率彊化效應,通過電鏡分析確定過載斷裂區為韌窩結構,爆轟複閤經熱處理後材料的塑性基本無改變,兩種材料仍為塑性材料.

The impact tensile behavior of explosive cladding 16MnR/stainless steel plate and 16MnR steel was investigated on Split Hopkinson Tensile Bar. On a rotating disk impact machine, the impact tensile experiments were carried out. The impact characteristics of these materials were studied at strain rate from 270 s~(-1) to 1 650 s~(-1). The results show that 16MnR steel and the 16MnR/stainless steel cladding plate are sensitive to strain rate. Dimples are found in the region of fracture by SEM observations, indicating the plastic characteristic of the materials.
