为考察并优选冬瓜皮多糖的提取工艺条件,采用正交试验法,优选加水量、提取时间、提取次数等主要影响因素对冬瓜皮多糖得率的影响,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定冬瓜皮多糖的含量.结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为冬瓜皮加10倍量水提取2次,每次2 h,提取液合并浓缩至密度1.05,加乙醇至含醇量80%,沉淀静置8 h. 该工艺稳定,多糖提取效率高,可为研制新型降糖药物和开发冬瓜药用资源提供条件.
為攷察併優選鼕瓜皮多糖的提取工藝條件,採用正交試驗法,優選加水量、提取時間、提取次數等主要影響因素對鼕瓜皮多糖得率的影響,採用苯酚-硫痠法測定鼕瓜皮多糖的含量.結果錶明:最佳提取工藝條件為鼕瓜皮加10倍量水提取2次,每次2 h,提取液閤併濃縮至密度1.05,加乙醇至含醇量80%,沉澱靜置8 h. 該工藝穩定,多糖提取效率高,可為研製新型降糖藥物和開髮鼕瓜藥用資源提供條件.

The extraction technology of Exocarpium Benincasae Polysaccharide (EBP) was studied. The orthogonal experimental design method was applied to determine the influence of extraction factors on the mount of EBP such as water used, extraction time and times. The content of EBP was analyzed with phenol-sulphruic acid method. The result showed that the best technology for extraction of EBP was 10 times water;repeating three times and 2 hours for each turn. The process is stable and of high efficiency in polysaccharide extraction. It will benefit the development of new hypoglycemic drugs and the medicinal resources accumulation of wax gourd conditions.
