目的评价鸦胆子油加放射治疗(放疗)治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效及不良反应.方法将80例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为两组,A组(常规放疗组)、B组(常规放疗加鸦胆子油乳荆组)放疗加10%鸦胆子油乳注射液30 ml+生理盐水250 ml,静脉滴注,每天1次,21 d为1个疗程,治疗1～2个疗程.结果 A组的近期完全缓解率为35.0%(14/40),B组的完全缓解52.5%(21/40),P<0.05.不良反应以白细胞计数下降为主,进食疼痛和恶心呕吐等两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论鸦胆子油乳注射液结合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌有明显的增效减毒作用.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and toxicity of brueea javaniea oil combination with radiotherapy in trea-ting advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Eighty cases of advanced esophagus cancer were randomly divided into group A (ra-diotherapy group) and group B (radiotherapy -brucea javaniea oil group). Group B were treated by conventional external radio-therapy integrated with brueea javanica oil (10%, 30 ml, one time a day), while group A by conventional external radiotherapy only. Both were treated for 1 or 2 curative periods of 21 days. Results The completely relieve rates in group A and B were 35.0% (14/40) vs 52.5% (21/40) (P<0.05). The main side effect was leueopenia in addition to digestive system reac-tions, but there was no statistical insignificance between them (P > 0.05). Conclusion Treating with brucea javanica oil inte-grated of radiotherapy has an obviously improving curative effect and decreasing toxicity on advanced esophageal cancer.
