具体分析电网上的一种常见干扰信号——雷电干扰信号及RCCB现行国标在相关方面的不足;提出并引入了一项特殊技术——10 ms不驱动时间,以避开电网上特殊信号的干扰,减少误动作.将这项带延时保护功能的抗干扰技术与其他抗干扰技术集成进一块具有完全自主知识产权的漏电保护专用芯片中.实测结果证实,此芯片具有进口芯片及其国产仿制芯片所不具有的优良抗干扰能力.

This paper analyzes the impact to RCCB from the common interference signal--lighting induced interference signal in power network and then points out the disadvantages of the active national standard referring to the RCCB. In order to reduce the vulnerability to nuisance tripping induced by this interference signal, a special technique is presented:10 ms non-actuating time technique is adopted to stand aside the special interference signal. This technique with delay time protection and other anti-interference technique are integrated into a novel RCCB IC chip. Test results confirmed the improvement in anti-interference performance that other imported and imitated RCCB IC chips don't have. Meanwhile this paper analyzes the disadvantage of the active national standard referring to RCCB in China.
