研究了管式分散强冷技术中单管强冷制坯工艺对A356铝合金坯料组织的影响.结果表明,当冷却水流量为180 L/h,浇注温度为640~650 ℃时,所得坯料的晶粒形状接近于球状,晶粒也较细小,满足半固态成形技术对坯料晶粒组织的要求.
研究瞭管式分散彊冷技術中單管彊冷製坯工藝對A356鋁閤金坯料組織的影響.結果錶明,噹冷卻水流量為180 L/h,澆註溫度為640~650 ℃時,所得坯料的晶粒形狀接近于毬狀,晶粒也較細小,滿足半固態成形技術對坯料晶粒組織的要求.

Effects of technological parameters in strong cooling with single-tube on microstructure of A356 alloy semi-solid billets were described. The results show that fine grain in prepared billets is approximately spherical structure with pouring at 640~650℃ and cooling at 180L/h, meeting the requirements of semi-solid forming for billets.
