建立了一种采用分光光度法测定丁烯水合工艺水的重质物含量的方法.以蒸馏水为参比,在波长400 nm处得到了重质物含量与吸光度的线性拟合方程为C=1.162 08A+0.0011,其线性相关系数达到0.999 6.该方法操作简单快捷,分析精度高,检测限低,能够满足甲乙酮装置的生产需要.

An analytical method has been set up to determine the content of heavy substances in butene-hydration technic water by using spectrophotometer.With referent solution of distilled water,a linear fitting equation of the content of heavy substances and absorbance is obtained at wavelength 400 nm,C=1.162 08A+0.001 1,R=0.999 6.This method could meet the requirements of MEK devices because of its simple and quick operation,high accuracy and low detection limit.
