为了满足能馈式牵引供电系统的大容量、高功率密度,以及高可靠性需求,提出了基于功率模块并联的单变流器扩容方案。对比了IGBT直接并联与功率模块并联的异同,分析了开关管开关时刻差异导致并联环流的机理及影响环流大小的因素,提出了利用差模电感抑制环流的方法,并进行了仿真和实验验证。结果表明,功率模块并联存在环流问题,而差模电感则是抑制环流最简单有效的方法。
為瞭滿足能饋式牽引供電繫統的大容量、高功率密度,以及高可靠性需求,提齣瞭基于功率模塊併聯的單變流器擴容方案。對比瞭IGBT直接併聯與功率模塊併聯的異同,分析瞭開關管開關時刻差異導緻併聯環流的機理及影響環流大小的因素,提齣瞭利用差模電感抑製環流的方法,併進行瞭倣真和實驗驗證。結果錶明,功率模塊併聯存在環流問題,而差模電感則是抑製環流最簡單有效的方法。

To meet the demands of subway traction power supply system for large capacity, high power density and high reliability, a novel converter capacity expansion scheme based on parallel of power modules is presented. The parallel technologies of IGBTs and that of power modules are compared. The mechanism of how does the different action time of the paralleled power modules cause the circulating current and the factors which influence the amplitude of circulating current, are both analyzed. A new approach is proposed to suppress the circulating current, which adopts the differential mode inductance. The simulation and experimental results show the existence of circulating current, and the effectiveness of the differential mode inductance to suppress the circulating current.
