某电厂#5凝结水泵进行以节能为目的的变频改造,运行频率由固定频率50Hz调整为40~45Hz后泵体振动加大,并发生泵轴断裂事故。本文利用化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、扫描电镜等手段系统分析了该泵轴断裂原因,分析结果认为该泵轴断裂为典型高周疲劳断裂,断口形式为沿晶脆断,断裂源包括脆性氧化物夹杂相及变频改造后变化载荷在泵轴圆周处形成的微裂纹。

The variable frequency reformation of the condensate pump No.5 in a power plant was accomplished for energy-saving,and the operation frequency can be adjusted in range of 40Hz to 45Hz.After the reformation,the vibration of the pump body was enlarged,and the shaft was fractured.The reasons of the accident were researched by means of chemical component analysis,the mechanical properties analysis,the metallographic structure analysis and the electron microscope scanning,and it has been shown that the pump shaf...
