本研究主要探讨了不同的尿醛比(U/F)和改性剂对脲醛树脂的性能及游离甲醛含量等性质的影响,实验结果表明:尿醛比(摩尔比)为1:1.05时,可得到性能优良的环保脲醛树脂.从环保角度,三聚氰胺的改性效果要优于PVA.

The article studied the synthetic technology of environment-protecting type urea-formaldehyde resin. Formaldehyde/urearati and modifier affect the characteristics of urea-formaldehyde resin, and the contents of free formaldehyde. Experimental results showed the characteristics of environment-protecting urea-formaldehyde resinwas excellent which was syntbesized when the molar ratioofureaand formalehyde was 1:1,05. The effect of modification by adding melamine was better than PVA.
