基于 LPC936微控制器,采用高频开关电源技术设计了一款输出电压电流可调的智能充电电源,并根据磷酸铁锂电池充电过程的电化学特性,提出了改进型的磷酸铁锂电池恒压恒流充电方法。实验结果证明,该充电电源可按预置的给定充电曲线自动控制充电过程,充电过程电池温升低。该充电电源具有体积小、免维护和高效节能等优点。
基于 LPC936微控製器,採用高頻開關電源技術設計瞭一款輸齣電壓電流可調的智能充電電源,併根據燐痠鐵鋰電池充電過程的電化學特性,提齣瞭改進型的燐痠鐵鋰電池恆壓恆流充電方法。實驗結果證明,該充電電源可按預置的給定充電麯線自動控製充電過程,充電過程電池溫升低。該充電電源具有體積小、免維護和高效節能等優點。

On the basis of LPC936 MCU, an intelligent charger which has adjustable current and voltage is designed with high-frequency switch power technology. Improved constant voltage and constant current charging method of lithium iron phosphate battery is proposed after researching electrochemical characteristics of the charging process. The experimental results prove that during the charging process, the charger can follow the predetermined curve automatically and the temperature rising of battery is low. The battery charger has many advantages such as small cubage, no maintenance and high efficiency.
