研究了用浸渍法制备的ZrO_2/SiO_2样品的比表面积,ZrO_2的晶相、样品表面酸碱性质及其催化柠檬醛MPV反应的活性.研究结果表明,ZrO_2的负载量是影响催化剂活性的主要因素之一.对于350℃焙烧的ZrO_2/SiO_2样品,当ZrO_2负载量为6.37w%时,ZrO_2/SiO_2的催化活性和目标产物的选择性达到最大(柠檬醛转化率为89.3%,不饱和醇(geraniol+nerol)的选择性为89%).

The catalytic activity of ZrO_2 /SiO_2 samples was investigated in Meerwein -Ponndorf-Ver-ley (MPV) reduction of citral with 2-propanoL These ZrO_2/SiO_2 samples were prepared by impreg-nation method. Their surtace area surface acid property and ZrO_2 crystal phase were tested. The re-suits showed that the loading of ZrO_2 on silica had important influence on the catalytic activity of these samples in the reaction. The highest activity and selectivity to the reduced alcohol, geraniol and nerol, were observed over 6. 37w% ZrO_2/SiO_2 sample calcinated at 350℃ under experiment condi-tions, more than 89% of conversion for citral and selectivity of aim product alcohol were reached.
