探讨影响络筒工序筒子卷绕质量的关键因素.通过对卷绕运动、卷绕重叠、卷绕稳定性、卷绕凸边、卷绕的起皱和胀边多方面的分析,提出了设计络筒机时应重点设计好卷绕角、导纱动程、卷绕张力、接触压力、卷绕比等关键因素.指出:卷绕角不能太大,以保证卷装的稳定性;保持导纱动程微量变化,以防卷装凸边;控制卷绕张力和接触压力,减少起皱和胀边;合理选择卷绕比,防止重叠.

Key factors of effect package winding quality in winding process were discussed. Through analysing winding movement,winding overlap,winding stability,winding convex selvage and winding crepe et al it is put forward that winding angel,guiding travel,winding tension,touching pressure and winding ratio et al key factor should be designed as key points in designing winder. It is pointed out that winding angle should not be larger to keep winding stability,micro change of guiding travel should be kept to prevent winding convex selvage,winding tension and touching pressure should be controlled to reduce crepe and selvage swell,winding ratio should be selected rationally to prevent overlap.
