采用新颖玻璃弹簧填料为载体,采用浸渍-烧结法制备负载型纳米TiO2催光剂,用固含量为0.5%的TiO2浆料经3次浸涂得到的负载型光催剂上TiO2膜层均匀,光催化活性也较高。通过光在不同填充床中的分布的测定结果,表明光在所研制的玻璃弹簧为载体的光催化剂床层中的传递距离比玻璃珠载体长8倍,比0.1%P25悬浮液中的传递距离长28倍。亚甲基蓝的光催化脱色实验表明,光在光催化剂床层中的分布越均匀,亚甲基蓝的脱色率随床层率的增加下降得越少。

The TiO2 photocatalysts loaded on the novel carrier of glass spring with the dip-coating technique were developed.The light distribution in different packing bed was investigated.The results show that the distance through which light travels in the photocatalyst bed of glass spring carrier was 8 times and 28 times longer than that of glass ball and of 0.1% P25 slurry respectively.The experiments of photocatalytic bleaching of methylene blue indicated that the more even the light distribution in the packing bed,the less bleaching rate decreased with the increasing thickness of the bed.The TiO2 photocatalyst film was more even with lower concentration TiO2 slurry for several times dip-coating,and behaviored highter photpcatalytic activity.
