目的 探讨合理情绪疗法在防治护士职业倦怠中的作用.方法 对护士进行分阶段、分组合理情绪疗法培训,传授具体的干预方法,并于培训前后进行问卷调查.结果 护士情感衰竭、去人格化评分下降,个人成就感评分升高,不同程度职业倦怠检出率明显降低.结论 合理情绪疗法对缓解护士职业倦怠有一定的作用.
目的 探討閤理情緒療法在防治護士職業倦怠中的作用.方法 對護士進行分階段、分組閤理情緒療法培訓,傳授具體的榦預方法,併于培訓前後進行問捲調查.結果 護士情感衰竭、去人格化評分下降,箇人成就感評分升高,不同程度職業倦怠檢齣率明顯降低.結論 閤理情緒療法對緩解護士職業倦怠有一定的作用.
목적 탐토합리정서요법재방치호사직업권태중적작용.방법 대호사진행분계단、분조합리정서요법배훈,전수구체적간예방법,병우배훈전후진행문권조사.결과 호사정감쇠갈、거인격화평분하강,개인성취감평분승고,불동정도직업권태검출솔명현강저.결론 합리정서요법대완해호사직업권태유일정적작용.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of rational-emotive therapy (RET) on the job burnout of nurses. Methods A total of 85 nurses received ration-al-emotive therapy by group and were assessed by Job Burnout Inventory before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the factor scores of e-motlona] exhaust, depersonalization and decreased personal achievement and the incidence rate of job burnout were significantly decreased. Conclusion The ra-tional-emotive therapy can relieve nurses' job burnout.
